Osteopathy is a system of whole body treatment based on the idea that the body is a unit, and functions as a whole. Each component has an influence on another, and osteopaths believe that overall body structure and alignment govern how well the body functions.
Osteopaths use a variety of treatment techniques including soft tissue, stretching, joint articulation and manipulation to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension and pain, and restore optimal functioning.
At Evergreen Osteopathy we focus on whole body health, through the whole of your life. We provide the best of hands on osteopathic care, from newborns to the elderly and everyone in between. Everybody, at every stage, deserves to be their best!
